About the Role

The Company is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including communicating changes and developments regarding benefits to employees, organizing and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting the administration of employee benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Business Partner will also play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, supporting employee performance evaluations, and adhering to information security and privacy policies. Applicants for the HR Business Partner position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years' of experience in a related HR role. Management experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, performance management, and people management, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills are essential, and familiarity with Massachusetts employment laws and regulations is highly preferred. The role requires an independent, motivated self-starter who is interested in continuous learning and development.
