Clinical Pharmacist: Patient-Centered Care & Drug Expertise

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support patient-centered care across the hospital. You will identify and resolve medication-related problems, provide authoritative drug information to clinicians and patients, and help integrate pharmacy services with EMR and therapy management systems.
