Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring necessary instruments and sterile supplies are ready
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain patient safety and facilitate smooth procedures
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, including monitoring vital signs and responding rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records
• Adhere to infection control and sterile technique guidelines at all times
• Support surgeons and anesthesia staff by anticipating equipment and supply needs

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Minimum of one year of experience in the Operating Room setting
• Proficiency in current OR nursing practices and surgical instrumentation
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
