Healthcare Project/Construction Manager

Job Description
The Healthcare Project/Construction Manager will oversee new construction, renovation, remodeling, and facility expansion projects within healthcare settings. Managing small teams of 1-5 members and reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this role ensures projects meet budget, regulatory, quality, and safety standards with minimal travel required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently throughout projects
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage contracts and coordinate between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Communicate project status and updates to team members and senior management
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Implement quality assurance and safety management practices onsite
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare construction management
