Compensation:

• Competitive Pay: 100% performance-based earnings at 8% of the total sale price
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Service appointments take place throughout Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Washington, D.C

HERE'S A LOOK AT YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC SALES CONSULTANT

You will:

• Engage with prospective homeowners to understand their HVAC needs
• Recommend customized solutions based on customer goals and concerns
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a customer-friendly manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate repeat business and referral opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-up efforts
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and emerging HVAC technologies

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has:

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Clean driver's license
• HVAC sales experience (preferred)
• Technical sales experience or experience in a similar industry (preferred)

Can:

• Communicate effectively
• Present ideas professionally
• Provide superior customer service

YOU'LL BE WORKING IN:

• Frederick County, MD
• Montgomery County, MD
• Washington, D.C.
