Step Into a Day as a Residential HVAC Service Specialist at Horizon Services
You start your shift—one you chose to fit your life—reviewing your first residential service call. Armed with industry-leading tools and backed by 30+ years of Horizon Services' customer-first reputation, you head out to diagnose, repair, and maintain home comfort systems. Each visit is a chance to solve problems, restore comfort, and showcase your craftsmanship and communication skills.

What You'll Do- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and optimize system performance
- Deliver 5-star customer service with clear explanations and recommendations
- Document work thoroughly and uphold safety and quality standards
- Flexible scheduling options: multiple shifts, flexible days, and 4x10s available
- Up to $45/hour base pay, plus a bonus plan on top of base pay
- Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $50+/hr, with additional bonuses and incentives
- Top candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000
- Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year
- Minimum 2 weeks of Paid Time Off for all new hires
- 150+ hours of paid training each year and a defined professional development path

- Qualified technicians will be sponsored for Journeyman license and NATE certification

- Proven experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications; HVAC Journeyman's License required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills

- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
