Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their individual needs and conditions.
• Implement therapies utilizing various modalities and techniques, ensuring all interventions align with physicians' prescribed care plans.
• Daily management of a diverse caseload, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Provide patient education and empowerment through clear communication, ensuring caregivers are well-informed and involved in the recovery process.
• Record and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize efficacy and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, discussing treatment outcomes and sharing insights to enhance patient care standards.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring that every patient experience reflects our organization's commitment to excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and require care for a variety of needs, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and developmental delays in children. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) obtained from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• At least two years of practical experience in a clinical setting, ideally with diverse patient populations.
• Current CPR certification demonstrating readiness for emergency situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their support systems.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic word processing applications.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates who possess extensive clinical experience in varied specialties, such as orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. Experience with family-centered practice approaches, as well as a demonstrated ability to connect positively with patients, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
