Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Understanding of the entire employment process and all relevant employment laws. Forward all qualified internal and external candidates to hiring Managers/Directors. Build relationships with Managers/Directors and communicate daily with them regarding open positions and status of internal and external applications. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing online job boards, social media and professional networks. Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to management positions, within casino and resort operations. Use the computer system for the employment process and update all information as necessary. Responsible for posting of internal and external job openings with ATS. Report a weekly status of applications sent, as well as goals and objectives for each week. Participate in job fairs, community outreach events, and other recruitment activities as needed. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Minimum Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, gaming or entertainment industry. Possess well developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to facilitate and conduct group presentations/sessions, as needed. Ability to make progress on multiple tasks under time constraints, with ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work, with a high degree of accuracy. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Ability to prioritize, be organized, and follow up on all candidates. Ability to work independently and as a team in a very fast-paced environment. Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies. Proficiently with ATS and other computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite(Work, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel between properties on a regular basis, as needed.
