The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, advanced SQL, DAX, semantic modeling, dimensional data modeling, and enterprise data warehousing . This role will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, developing interactive dashboards and paginated reports, optimizing report performance, and supporting data governance and reporting standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI .
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and paginated reports .
• Develop advanced DAX measures, calculations, and data models .
• Optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and queries for performance and scalability.
• Develop complex SQL queries for analytical reporting and data validation.
• Utilize advanced SQL techniques including:
  • Common Table Expressions (CTEs)
  • Window functions
  • Complex joins
  • Aggregations
  • Query optimization
• Design and support enterprise dimensional data models .
• Develop and maintain star schema architectures , fact tables, and dimension tables.
• Integrate and develop reporting solutions using Snowflake data platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs and metrics.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support metadata management and maintain data lineage documentation.
• Follow enterprise reporting governance standards and best practices.
• Support report deployment and lifecycle management across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD and deployment automation for Power BI solutions.
• Utilize version control and modern development practices where applicable.
• Troubleshoot reporting, data model, SQL, and Power BI performance issues.
• Support large-scale reporting and analytics environments.
• Document technical solutions, data models, reports, business logic, and reporting standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to business users and stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting performance, usability, scalability, and data quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field .
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience working with business intelligence tools, analytics platforms, or data warehousing solutions.
• 3 5 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI .
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Advanced SQL development skills.

• Hands-on experience integrating and reporting from Snowflake .

• Experience working in enterprise data warehouse environments .
• Experience with Power BI Report Builder and paginated reporting.

• Experience with deployment automation and version control.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise reporting and analytics ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting governance, and enterprise data standards.
• Experience working with Power BI deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI performance optimization at enterprise scale.
