You will architect responsive learning experiences spanning all readiness areas, mentor a team of Guides in delivering them with both rigor and warmth, and monitor concrete milestone gains for each child in your cohort. This role combines strategic oversight with classroom presence. Roughly one-third of your week will be spent in learning spaces — demonstrating facilitation approaches, observing practice, and leading alignment sessions. The remainder involves curriculum architecture, targeted Guide coaching with data-informed objectives, and maintaining transparent communication with families through evidence-backed reporting. What You Will Be Doing Conduct individual and small-group mentorship sessions with PreK Guides, demonstrating strategies and recognizing data-supported achievements Architect and lead play-centric learning sequences that integrate SEL, early literacy, numeracy, and physical development, exemplifying excellence for your team Audit and align Guide observation records weekly against developmental rubrics, facilitating calibration meetings that maintain visibility into milestone trajectories Compose family communications and convene team briefings that synchronize goals and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK outcomes What You Won’t Be Doing Executing prescriptive lesson sequences or compliance-based protocols — you'll create flexible, play-driven frameworks informed by live performance data Delivering a predetermined curriculum designed elsewhere — you control both long-term and short-term learning architecture Operating without structured reflection and feedback — mentorship dialogues and alignment reviews are embedded weekly Supporting elementary or secondary learners on digital platforms — this position centers entirely on early childhood, experiential, in-person practice Learning Guide Key Responsibilities Advance campus-wide PreK readiness metrics through educator mentorship, program consistency, and dynamic, evidence-informed learning environments.
