Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in Oregon
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Proven experience in obstetrics and hospitalist medicine
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospitalist or similar inpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
• Previous work in rural or community hospital environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active state medical license in Oregon or eligible for licensure
• A minimum of 2 years' obstetric and hospitalist care experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 20 shifts per month, including 24-hour shifts with clinic work and on-call duties
• Flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends on-call only
• Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and certifications
• Willingness to travel to Pendleton, OR, and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations
