responsibilities:

EDirect and drive the physical installation and commissioning of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment as the primary project manager.
Manage construction projects for facility additions and physical upgrades required to prepare active manufacturing areas for incoming equipment.
Apply engineering and leadership expertise to resolve complex manufacturing process challenges and adapt facility infrastructure for successful industrialization.
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure all equipment installations and construction upgrades are executed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with quality standards.
