Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description

This is your chance to join a family-focused general contractor that has experienced steady growth over the past 16 years. At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator that holds a self-efficient work ethic. [ Duties ]

Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals

[ Requirements ]

Previous experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant
Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

[ Details ]

$60k - $80k a year
401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days
