Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) $60,000 - $70,000 annually Location: Plano, TX Schedule: Monday Friday, Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career and can make an immediate impact on our Accounts Receivable operations. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable functions Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices Conduct collection calls and follow up on past-due accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Maintain accurate customer account records Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection efforts Work closely with internal departments to resolve account issues Assist with AR-related reporting and documentation Support transition efforts as the company implements NetSuite ERP Qualifications 510 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience required Experience managing high-volume customer accounts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel NetSuite experience strongly preferred Must be reliable, dependable, and interested in a long-term opportunity What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is talented, capable, dependable, and willing to grow with our organization.
