Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical assessments and comprehensive histories

• Provide essential intraoperative assistance by preparing surgical suites, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and efficiently passing instruments during operations
• Offer outstanding pre- and post-operative care services, including the administration of medications, conducting wound checks, planning discharges, and educating patients

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a primary focus on surgical practices is highly preferred

Credentials

• Active and unrestricted certification as a PA-C
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant
