Position Title : Mold Technician / Mold Machine Operator (Japanese bilingual)

Location : Livonia, MI

*E-Visa support available.

Position Overview:

The Tool and Die Technician will support tool production, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring quality and efficiency in mold operations. This position requires technical understanding of molds and basic drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain tool and die machinery, including setup and adjustments
Support mold assembly, repair, and modification based on production needs
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve tooling issues
Ensure accuracy and quality in machining and assembly processes
Perform other related technical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of mold and die structures and drawings
Experience with machining or tool/die manufacturing preferred
CAD knowledge a plus, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Japanese (Expert/Business) and English (Business level or above)
Willingness to learn and grow within a technical manufacturing environment
