Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient order processing and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. We have multiple openings across various shifts, providing you with flexibility in your work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move materials, products, and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify inventory quantities and product information using warehouse management systems and shipping documents.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Essential Skills

• Forklift operation, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Current forklift certification or ability to become certified upon hire.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience with RF scanners, barcode systems, or warehouse management software (WMS).

Work Environment

The warehouse is non-climate controlled, but large fans circulate air to maintain comfort. Expect temperatures between 80-90 degrees during summer months, with more comfortable conditions outside of summer. You will be standing and moving around throughout the day, with a designated workstation for which you will be responsible. We offer shifts on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend schedules to suit your availability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodway, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.05 - $20.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
