ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are a State Farm Insurance office in the Finneytown, Cincinnati, Ohio area. I am a second-generation agent with over 40 years of experience. It is a small office atmosphere where everyone is like family. I have 2 positions available with licensing reimbursement - Both positions are sales and customer service - helping our clients with billing, changes, and providing services are customers may need.


As a State Farm team member, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Within our office their is the opportunity to grow in all lines of insurance with a possibility of branching into your own agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Help customers grow with the products available thru State Farm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
