Machine Operators / Machinists – All Shifts

Lancaster, PA | $22–$28/hr DOE | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
1st, 2nd & Weekend Shifts Available

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Machine Operators and Machinists for a growing precision manufacturer in Lancaster, PA. We have opportunities across multiple shifts and experience levels for mechanically inclined candidates with previous machining experience.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate precision machining equipment
Perform centerless grinding and honing operations
Perform CNC drilling and other machining operations based on experience
Read blueprints and verify parts meet required specifications and tolerances
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot equipment and assist with minor maintenance
Monitor processes and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
Assist with root cause analysis and defect reduction
Experienced machinists may train and mentor other machine operators

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of machining or relevant machine operation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using precision measuring tools
CNC machine operation experience preferred
Ability to work safely while maintaining quality and production standards
Experience with centerless grinding, honing, CNC drilling, or precision machining is a plus
