Manufacturing Machine Operators - 3rd Shift

$18.00 - $22.00/hour + $1.85/hour Shift Differential

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with competitive pay and growth opportunities? We are hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you may work in either our Peeler Operator or Final Cut Reroller Operator positions, both of which play a critical role in producing high-quality products and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Peeler Operator

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
• Perform quality inspections and material preparation
• Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment
• Complete production reporting and data entry
• Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts

Final Cut Reroller Operator

• Measure, cut, rewind, and prepare finished materials for customer orders
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Utilize hoists and handling equipment to move materials safely
• Enter production information and print labels using computer systems
• Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely order completion

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Forklift experience is a plus
