We're looking for a Print Machine Operator to join us and play an important role in our next chapter of innovation and manufacturing excellence. We're seeking driven, detail-focused operators who are passionate about running high-speed equipment, ensuring product quality, and keeping production on point. Candidates with prior print operating experience—especially flexographic printing experience—are strongly preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in doing great work, this is the opportunity for you.Available Shift (8-hour schedules): 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (includes $1/hour shift premium)What We Offer…Pay starting at $21.07 per hour, with an additional $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts$4,000 in bonuses after your first yearExcellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more!Weekly pay + raises and advancement potentialA supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safetyPaid holidays and paid time offWhat You'll Do…Operate and monitor printing equipmentSet up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinesPerform quality checks and basic maintenanceLog production data and follow safety/GMP proceduresUse SAP to complete production processesWhat You'll Need…Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills. Manufacturing or print experience preferredLevel II: 2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical trainingLevel III: 3+ years of experience operating specialized or high-speed machinery. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize print equipment.
