Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards. Responsibilities and Duties Inspire guests to stay on track with wellness while on the road. Enliven wellness through our passion, knowledge, and resources available to ensure balance and holistic well-being. Be encouraging by recognizing our guests' achievements and offering positive words of encouragement and suggestions. Get personal to understand our guests' wellness goals and help them maximize their wellness journey while traveling. Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personal recognition in a prompt manner. Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to the established standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to the highest set standards. Attend to the detail and presentation of each order. Prepare and maintain ingredients by following recipes. Describe all menu items, methods of preparation, and prices as needed. Work within the policy to accommodate guest special food requests. Document the guest's order information on guest checks. Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards. Refill drinks in a timely manner. Collect customer payments for completion of the transaction as outlined in cash and charge procedures; receive change and return it promptly to the guest. Clear tables and set up for the next guest. Deliver excellent service to each and every guest. Complete cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed. Availability for mornings and weekends required. 1-2 years' experience as a bartender, cook, prep cook, and/or line cook, preferred.
