Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
- Hourly pay

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete licensing and training requirements. State Farm agents are independent contractors and hire their own employees. Employees are not State Farm employees.
