COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately interpreted and entered for manufacturing and vendor fulfillment. Responsibilities:

• Receive and review customer orders from service representatives

• Interpret notes, measurements, photos, and supporting documentation

• Enter order information accurately into the job ordering system

• Submit orders to manufacturers and vendors for production

• Verify order details and ensure product specifications are correct

• Prioritize multiple orders and meet deadlines

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors regarding order requirements

• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the ordering process

Qualifications:

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to interpret complex paperwork and technical information

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, and vendors

• Previous experience with a home improvement, construction, or remodeling company is highly preferred
