Senior Commercial Counsel — Remote SaaS Scale-Up

GC AI

GC AI is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel to own a high volume of customer-side negotiations across MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and order forms. You will help scale the commercial legal function, build templates, and partner with sales and customer success to accelerate deal velocity.

The role requires 5–9 years of tech transactions experience in a B2B SaaS environment, JD and active US bar, and strong drafting and negotiation skills. Remote-friendly role with a fast-growing startup environment.
