Production Coordinator

We're growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-driven Production Coordinator to be the glue that keeps our projects running smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do As our Production Coordinator, you'll work alongside the Production Manager to keep every project on track — juggling schedules, paperwork, and people with equal ease. Day to day, you'll: Create purchase orders, change orders, and material orders Be the friendly, clear voice that keeps clients informed — verbally and in writing — throughout their project Build and update project schedules to keep jobs moving Coordinate permitting and inspections with local authorities Issue change orders and make sure every party gets the answers they need Review daily logs and recaps from subcontractors Build out project start-up folders and keep records organized (physical and electronic) Assist with punch list management and coordinate repair services Track materials on job sites and manage returns to the shop Jump in wherever needed to keep clients happy and projects on schedule What We're Looking For Sharp attention to detail — you catch the small stuff before it becomes a big problem Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once Comfortable on a computer and quick to learn new systems A natural multitasker who can handle phone calls, schedules, and paperwork all in the same hour Excellent communication skills — you know how to keep clients, field crews, and the office all on the same page A problem-solver who stays proactive and level-headed in a fast-paced environment A professional, can-do attitude and genuine pride in doing great work Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry (preferred) A clean background and a current, valid driver's license Why Join 1st Choice Home Improvements 25+ years of stability and a reputation for excellence across the Gulf Coast Recognized as a Top 500 Remodeler nationally since 2003 Starting pay of $18+/hour based on experience (about $37,440+/year for full-time hours) Health insurance and 401(k) plan available Paid vacation and holidays A supportive team culture where your organization and follow-through are truly valued Ready to put your organizational skills to work for a company that's been building trust for 25+ years? #J-18808-Ljbffr
