Pay rate: $45.00 - $50.00/HR. on W2 Key Responsibilities:
- Support supplier-to-site manufacturing process transfers and production launch.
- Develop transfer plans, manufacturing documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, validations), and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Coordinate equipment installation, process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Product Development, and suppliers.
- Drive troubleshooting, risk mitigation, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and change control activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Experience with manufacturing transfer, NPI, or supplier-to-site transfers.
- Knowledge of process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
