As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work in a small, rural facility that serves a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics. This role requires a high level of independence and the ability to hit the ground running. Your expertise in cardiac monitoring and your ability to adapt to varying patient acuity levels will be critical to your success in this position.

• Provide exceptional care to patients in the medical-surgical, telemetry, and progressive care units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring timely intervention when necessary
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
• Need 3 years experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry settings
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Previous travel and rural/small facility experience highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle for assignment
