Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Proven experience working with K-8 students in a special education setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Adapt instruction and materials to accommodate a wide variety of learning abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
• Assess student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain positive, inclusive classroom environments that encourage student engagement and achievement
