Description
  • Conduct assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to create personalized treatment plans

Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from an accredited program
Certifications
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification preferred
  • Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not essential
