Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, designing tailored treatment plans that suit individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions that concentrate on enhancing mobility, building strength, improving balance, and restoring function
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, preparation for discharge, and exercises for home practice
• Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patients' progress in line with facility and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
