Pay Rate: $18.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 07:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, and members of the public at a healthcare medical examination location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and access‑related questions as appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency response activities in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders. Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and other security‑related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security‑related experience. Possess a state, county, or city‑issued security license preferred. Be able to lift up to 20 pounds preferred. Have loss prevention experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
