Highlights Location: New Britain, CT Facility: The Hospital of Central Connecticut Schedule: Full Time, Rotating What You'll Do Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Develop a plan of care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Manage and organize multiple clinical priorities. Delegate tasks to achieve patient outcomes. Provide care under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager. Demonstrate excellence in customer service. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
