Environmental Analyst

Milacron is looking for an Environmental Analyst to join our team in Batavia this position you will be responsible for leading environmental compliance sustainability initiatives permitting activities environmental reporting and continuous improvement programs across North American operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental Youll Do:Manage environmental compliance programs across multiple manufacturing and maintain environmental permits including air wastewater stormwater hazardous waste and other applicable and assess regulatory changes and their impact on company environmental compliance audits and facility regulatory inspections and interactions with environmental and maintain environmental policies procedures and training sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction recycling energy management water conservation and greenhouse gas and track environmental metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support sustainability validate and submit required environmental reports and maintain regulatory environmental data collection analysis ESG reporting activities and environmental improvement projects across multiple environmental consultants contractors and service capital projects involving environmental controls and regulatory compliance :Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Environmental Engineering Sustainability Chemistry Biology Occupational Health or a related field experience professional development and continuing education may be substituted for educational knowledge of EPA regulations and environmental permitting managing environmental data and reporting analytical problem-solving written and verbal communication in Microsoft Excel required; Power BI and environmental reporting systems ability to manage multiple projects and priorities attention to detail with proven ability to multitask prioritize follow up and follow to work in a manufacturing environment with indoor and outdoor conditions including exposure to temperature fluctuations dust and to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses safety-toe shoes hearing protection and task-specific to reach grasp handle bend kneel sit climb stoop push pull lift and carry up to 50 with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability disclosures in a manufacturing or industrial environment Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) Environmental Professional (AEP) Environmental Professional (QEP) -related certifications to travel up to 10% within North America preferred.
