Production Line Associate
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Akron, OH
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable Production Line Associate for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Akron. This position involves filling and packaging products, preparing drums for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe production area.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment where chemical odors may be present and temperatures can vary throughout the facility.
Responsibilities

• Fill drums of various sizes with product
• Cap, box, label, and prepare finished products as needed
• Palletize drums and other products for shipment
• Clean and prepare drums to a like-new condition
• Use approved cleaning chemicals and follow proper handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Dependable with a strong attendance record
• Comfortable working around strong chemical odors
• Willing and able to wear a face mask or other required PPE when needed
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures in a semi-temperature-controlled facility
• Able to perform physical production and packaging tasks throughout the shift
• Willing to complete a drug screen and background check

Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
