Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Office Support Specialist:
Engage in the printing and assembly of insurance applications and policies, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Open and sort mail according to specific handling requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.
Conduct quality reviews of applications and policy prints, adhering to state and firm-specific guidelines.
Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the team to resolve system, process, and printer issues efficiently.

Required Skills for Office Support Specialist:  

Ability to work independently with strong time management skills. Excellent attendance record and willingness to work regular overtime.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
