As a Pool Attendant, in a fun pool environment – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient mannerCoordinate pool setup: Confirm guest registration and assist with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational equipmentMaintain a clean, inviting environment: Clean and maintain pool area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spacesManage towel supply: Collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor inventory to minimize lossMaintain poolside equipment: Inspect and care for umbrellas, rafts, speakers, and other equipment to ensure safety and functionalityMonitor facility usage: Observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and address or report issues promptlySupport recreation operations: Assist with general recreation duties or special activities as needed to enhance the guest experienceWhat It Takes to Make the StayAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
