Dental Assistant with Dental Receptionist Experience

Dental Assisting Duties (Clinical Support)

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, practicing 4-handed dentistry.

Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and materials are ready for procedures.

Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to infection control regulations.

Provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout the visit.

Manage and process X-rays and imaging.

Receptionist Duties (Administrative Support)

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling check-in, check-out, and scheduling.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting and data entry.

Handle financial transactions, billing, and insurance inquiries.

full-time $14 - $25 per hour

• Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Strong commitment to customer service, patient care, and patient interaction.

A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fun, fast-paced team environment.

Entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Prior experience (even under 1 year) in a dental or medical office setting.

Familiarity with dental terminology or practice management software.

Experience in administrative or reception duties.
