Job Description
Prepare and record financial transactions to support accurate reporting and period-end close activities.
Analyze general ledger activity and investigate unusual balances or variances.
Reconcile cash, balance sheet, and other key accounts while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Assist with indirect tax reporting and related compliance requirements.
Monitor revenue-related transactions and investigate items requiring financial review.
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
Partner with business leaders to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Support external auditors and provide documentation required during audit engagements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Provide accounting support across multiple finance functions when needed.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities and comfort working with large datasets.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Professional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is preferred.
