What You’ll Do (Your Role)

As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of this high-volume fast-casual unit.

• Lead with Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, pristine food safety, and premium product quality.
• Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and build a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Drive Financial Success: Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, analyze P&L metrics, and maximize overall profitability.
• Master the Schedule: Work up to 60 hours per week during the 32-week peak operational season, and enjoy massive flexibility during the off-season.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience with progressive leadership responsibility (Minimum 2 years of experience managing supervisors, managers, or large hourly teams).
• Financial Acumen: Full P&L accountability with a proven track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving labor/food cost efficiencies.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, a talent for mentoring staff, and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Base salary of $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year based on experience and qualifications, with performance-based advancement opportunities.
