Staff Accountant

The Company is recruiting for a Staff Accountant. This s a full-time, hybrid position based at our Nashville corporate office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency with strong Excel knowledge required.
