The Role (Senior Litigation Attorney) As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will handle the full lifecycle of complex disputes. Your day-to-day will involve: Strategic Litigation: Managing cases from pre-litigation through trial, including drafting complex motions and briefs. Courtroom & Discovery Leadership: Regularly handling hearings, mediations, and taking/defending depositions. Client Relationship Management: Acting as a primary point of contact to provide the "utmost client care" our firm is known for. Leadership (For Senior Candidates): Mentoring junior associates and ensuring high-standard work product across the team. Who You Are (Senior Litigation Attorney) Licensed & Experienced: Attorney licensed in Texas with a minimum of 10 years or more of civil litigation experience (Business, Construction, or Real Estate experience is a significant plus). Proactive Litigator: You don't wait for instructions; you anticipate the next move in a case. Stable & Dedicated: You have a proven track record of employment stability and a commitment to professional excellence. Locally Rooted: You currently reside in the Greater Houston area and are ready to engage with the legal community. The Role (Associate Attorney) As an Associate Attorney, you will be involved in all phases of sophisticated litigation: Legal Research & Writing: Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs in complex matters. Discovery & Case Development: Manage written discovery, document review, and assist with deposition preparation and participation Court Exposure: Attend and support hearings, mediations, and trials Client Interaction: Assist with client communications and help deliver responsive, high-quality service. Who You Are (Associate Attorney) Licensed & Experienced: Attorney licensed in Texas with a minimum of 5 years or more of civil litigation experience (Business, Construction, or Real Estate experience is a significant plus). Strong Writer: Able to produce clear, well-reasoned legal analysis. Growth-Oriented: Motivated to develop litigation and courtroom skills. Team Player: Works well in a collaborative professional environment and able to take direction well.
