We proudly serve diverse communities across Camden and Gloucester Counties through a patient-centered, team-based model of care./ph3Position Summary/h3pThe Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) provides comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence. This role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions in accordance with evidence-based practice, clinical guidelines, and FQHC standards./ppThe PNP works collaboratively with pediatricians, nursing staff, behavioral health providers, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver integrated, high-quality pediatric care./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide direct clinical care to pediatric patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care./liliPerform well-child visits, sick visits, physical examinations, immunizations, and developmental screenings./liliDiagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions in accordance with established clinical protocols./liliOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results./liliPrescribe medications and therapeutic interventions consistent with scope of practice and regulatory requirements./liliProvide patient and family education on health maintenance, disease prevention, nutrition, growth and development, and safety./liliCoordinate care with internal and external providers, including referrals to specialty care as needed./liliAccurately and timely document clinical encounters in the electronic health record (EPIC)./liliParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and performance measures (e.g., UDS, HEDIS, HRSA requirements)./liliMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies, including HRSA, FTCA, and Joint Commission standards (if applicable)./liliParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education activities./li/ulh3Qualifications Requirements/h3h3Education Certification/h3ulliMasters or Doctoral degree from an accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program./liliCurrent and active New Jersey APRN license./liliNational certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC or PNP-PC)./liliActive DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)./liliActive CDS registration (or eligibility to obtain)./liliCurrent BLS certification (PALS preferred)./li/ulh3Experience/h3ulliMinimum of 12 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric rotations may be considered)./liliExperience in an FQHC or underserved/community health setting strongly preferred./li/ulh3Skills Competencies/h3ulliStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in pediatric care./liliCommitment to providing culturally competent, patient-centered care./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment./liliProficiency with electronic health records (EPIC experience preferred)./li/ulh3Work Environment Schedule/h3ulliOutpatient, ambulatory care setting./liliFull Time and Part Time positions available./liliMust be available to work Fridays/liliMay require evening or occasional weekend hours based on operational needs./liliMulti-site coverage may be required./li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3pIn compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated salary range for this position is:/ppSalary Range: $120,000 $150,000 annually, based on experience, credentials, productivity expectations, and internal equity./ppCAMcare offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and market benchmarks, including:/pulliMedical, dental, and vision insurance/liliRetirement plan with employer contribution/liliPaid time off and paid holidays/liliCME allowance and paid CME time/liliMalpractice coverage under FTCA/liliEligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment Program (site dependent)/liliEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)/li/ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer/h3pCAMcare Health Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
