What We Offer: Competitive base pay between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills A respectful, forward-thinking work culture Experience with one of the fastest growing companies in the country Comprehensive training program with 1 week at HQ in Madison, WI Expected term of employment: Sept. 29 - December 31 About the Role: In this position you will: Answer a multi-line phone system Maintain and update the company database and calendars Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area Key Qualifications: Previous administrative or clerical experience Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail Strong verbal communications skills Ability and desire to learn new things Willingness to go the extra mile!
