Are you looking to make a difference? Join Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston, MA as a NURSE (RN or LPN) and be part of the Oriol Health Care family! Oriol Health Care is a family owned and operated company, providing outstanding care for the past 60 years!
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Nurses (RN or LPN) to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Positions are open for day, and evening shifts with weekends only available. Overnight casual positions also available. These roles are within our sub-acute and long-term care units.
Position Details:
Saturdays & Sundays (every other weekend or every weekend)
Day, and evening shifts available
Consistent weekend schedule
Night weekend shifts available that include one shift during the week
Pay Range (depending on experience):
LPN: $31.50 - $37.65/hr (plus shift differential)
RN: $35.00 - $42.47/hr (plus shift differential)
RN, BSN: $37.00 - $44.52/hr (plus shift differential)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' health requirements
Administer medications
Monitor vital signs
Interact with patients
Work closely with healthcare providers
Record advancements
Stay informed about industry standards
Carry out additional nursing responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an active MA RN or LPN nursing license
Preferably 1 year of experience, but new graduate nurses will also be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Capable of working effectively with other healthcare team members
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
