Support Specialist

As Support Specialist you provide a variety of advanced administrative support to the assigned department. You will be responsible for generating reports for the weekly and daily meetings, for taking meeting notes and generating agenda for meetings. Responsibilities Performs and coordinates administrative tasks (word processing, document preparation/management and file maintenance as required) related to the daily activities. Coordinates preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes and LOP for department management team weekly meeting. Assists with department budget, training records, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies and record retention. Maintains time administration for management. Creates purchase orders and processes invoices to Accounts Payable. Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, meeting documentations, and video conference for members of the department. Supports management to maintain target achievement and task completion as assigned. Handles confidential information and material. Monitors and communicates to managers deviations on Budget Variance reports, forecasting reports, and SAP activities Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate Degree a plus 3-5 years of experience of related administrative procedures Advanced = SAP – (Purchasing, Manager’s Desktop, Finance, and Time Administration modules) Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel strong knowledge Advanced presentation and organizational skills Advanced ability to handle multiple tasks What we offer This position is for a long term renewable contract with an excellent hourly rate including benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, FSA and 401k along with paid holidays and vacation days. #J-18808-Ljbffr VOLKE Consulting Engineers USA
