Solutions Analyst

Duration: Immediate – 6 Months (with extension into 2027) Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey (Highly Preferred) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Analytics Analyst . to support the North America Deliver Reporting & Analytics organization. This role is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that drive Supply Chain Customer Solutions, Channel Operations and Customer Service operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This individual will gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, coordinate development activities, support Agile delivery, perform testing and validation, and ensure analytics solutions remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This is a business-facing role with strong technical acumen rather than a software development position . Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical development teams for reporting and analytics initiatives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Coordinate the delivery of enhancements, production support, defect resolution, and new feature implementations across analytics and reporting platforms. Support and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, automation workflows, and AI-enabled analytics applications. Collaborate with analytics engineers and developers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented. Plan and execute solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect validation, and release readiness activities. Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting solutions. Monitor production analytics solutions and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. Partner with business teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, training materials, support guides, and knowledge repositories. Support Agile project delivery by managing priorities, coordinating releases, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual processes and improve business productivity. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, Product Delivery Analyst, or similar role. Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical deliverables. Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, and reporting concepts. Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Power BI Microsoft Fabric Power Apps / Power Automate Alteryx Jira Experience supporting Agile/Scrum development methodologies, including user story creation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery. Hands-on experience with solution testing, UAT coordination, defect management, and production support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Channel Operations, Order Management, or CRM functions. Experience with enterprise reporting, business intelligence, or analytics transformation initiatives. Familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions and process automation. Experience supporting large enterprise environments and cross-functional project teams.
