Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become part of our expanding team of imaging professionals who deliver outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, explaining each phase with kindness and clarity
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures within the electronic medical record system
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent organization
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
