Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist to a rewarding full-time contract role in Elkins Park, PA. In this position, you’ll support a vibrant educational setting, providing critical behavioral services and guidance to students and school staff. Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification or current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential
- Experience supporting behavioral needs in an educational or school-based setting
- PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) clearances (required prior to start)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design, implement, and oversee positive behavior intervention plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavioral intervention strategies
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor individualized plans
- Provide consultation, training, and ongoing support to school personnel regarding evidence-based behavioral practices
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Serve as a pivotal resource for supporting student success in both academic and non-academic settings
