Your leadership will shape club culture and directly impact the lives of members and employees. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth Drive membership sales through outreach, referrals, and community engagement Build local partnerships and networking opportunities Achieve membership and conversion goals Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff Foster a culture of accountability and excellence Develop future leaders within the club Member Experience Deliver outstanding customer service Support member onboarding and retention initiatives Build strong relationships with members and resolve concerns professionally Operations Maintain club cleanliness and presentation standards Manage schedules, reporting, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures What Success Looks Like Build strong, engaged teams Deliver exceptional member experiences Exceed membership goals Maintain high retention rates Develop future leaders Become respected community ambassadors We’re Seeking Leaders Who Have Strong leadership and coaching skills Positive energy and a growth mindset Sales and relationship‑building abilities Excellent communication skills Strong organization and problem‑solving skills Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience Fitness Industry Management Membership Sales Retail or Hospitality Leadership Multi‑Unit Operations Team Development and Coaching Fitness experience is helpful, but leadership experience and fantastic personality is most important.
